We read every message and aim to reply within a few business days. When you write in about a conversion problem, it helps enormously if you can tell us:
- what device and browser you were using (for example, “iPhone, Safari” or “Windows laptop, Chrome”);
- roughly what the document contained (mostly text, lots of images, tables, and so on); and
- what went wrong versus what you expected.
Please note: because your documents are converted entirely in your browser and are never uploaded to us, we cannot see or recover a file you converted. Don’t send us the document itself — a description of the problem is what we need.
